Organizations using Rampart Ops may configure operational notifications and alerts for their personnel, but users must still complete the SMS opt-in process where required. A clear opt-in checkbox describing the message types and expected frequency is provided during account creation or account updates. Users are required to confirm their subscription by replying "YES" to our opt-in confirmation SMS.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on account activity, organizational configuration, operational tempo, system activity, and user notification preferences. While actual message volume may fluctuate significantly during periods of increased operational activity, most users can generally expect to receive approximately 5 to 30 messages per month on average.
How to Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying with "STOP", "END", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "QUIT" to any Rampart Ops SMS message. Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed from SMS communications.
