The problem: When operations live on clipboards, frontline care suffers.

Many EMS agencies still juggle paper logs, spreadsheets, and siloed apps to track vehicles, medications, and equipment. It creates extra work for frontline clinicians and leaves gaps that only become obvious after something goes wrong.

No single source of truth

Readiness lives in different binders, inboxes, and apps. It is hard to see, at a glance, which units, bags, or medications are actually ready for the next call.

Hidden risk and weak documentation

When counts, checkoffs, and adjustments are scattered, it is difficult to show what happened, when, and who was involved.

Extra burden on frontline personnel

Clinicians spend more time chasing forms, signatures, and updates, and less time focusing on patients. Important issues get missed simply because everyone is too busy.

Three pillars of a modern EMS operations platform

Rampart Ops focuses on three core areas: Operational clarity , Accountable workflows , and Connected teams . Together, they help you assess readiness and keep everyone on the same page.

1

Operational clarity across your fleet and inventory

See vehicles, controlled medications, and critical equipment in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets and clipboards.

2

Accountable workflows, built for EMS reality

Turn vague checklists into documented, auditable workflows tied to the right person, unit, and time.

3

Connected teams, from shift change to major incidents

Use in-app messages, alerts, and shared context so crews, supervisors, and administrators see the same picture.

How Rampart Ops fits into your day

Rampart Ops fits into your existing rhythms. You configure your agency, roll out a few high-value workflows, and then use the data to continuously tighten readiness.

  1. 1

Set up your agency and choose modules

Map existing checklists, policies, and cabinet layouts so Rampart Ops reflects the way your teams already function.

  2. 2

Run daily workflows in one place

Frontline clinicians use Rampart Ops for counts, checkoffs, and operational updates during their normal shift rhythm. They record what they are already doing in one system.

  3. 3

    Review history and tighten operations

Operations leaders and medical direction see audit trails, recurring issues, and trends in one place. You can spot patterns early and adjust before they affect patient care.

Safety, security, and reliability for 24/7 operations

Rampart Ops is built for agencies that cannot afford guesswork around data, access, or uptime. Your crews focus on patients while the platform protects information and keeps critical workflows available.

Data security by design

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the people and roles you define. Modern cloud infrastructure keeps your data off a single station computer.

Access control and audit trails

Role-based permissions and detailed histories make it clear who changed what, when, and where, so you can answer tough questions without digging through records.

Ready when your crews are

Rampart Ops is hosted in the cloud so personnel can access it from anywhere. We maintain and improve the platform so your agency is not managing another local server.

Support from people who know EMS

During beta, agencies work directly with the Rampart Ops team to shape features and workflows. You are helping build a tool that reflects real EMS operations.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about Rampart Ops and the beta program.

Who is Rampart Ops for?
Rampart Ops is built for EMS agencies that want clearer visibility into vehicles, medications, and equipment. It serves chiefs, captains, logistics and QA staff, medical directors, and frontline clinicians who run counts, checkoffs, and operational updates every shift.
What does beta mean?
"Beta software" is almost ready for general release, but needs more real-world user input to make sure it's ready. During beta, Rampart Ops is production-capable software that is still being shaped by early agencies. Features, workflows, and interfaces may change based on real-world feedback. Beta agencies get discounted pricing, closer contact with the product team, and a chance to influence how the platform grows.
Which modules are available during beta?
During beta, agencies have access to the Core modules: Pharmascept, Quartermaster, Hangar, and Maintainer, plus features such as messaging and role-based access control. Additional modules planned for the Complete tier will be introduced once they are ready for real-world use.
How long does it take to get started?
Most agencies can configure a pilot within a day or two. A typical rollout starts with one or two workflows, such as controlled medication counts or vehicle readiness checks, and then expands as personnel become comfortable.
Do we have to replace our existing systems right away?
No. You can start by running Rampart Ops alongside existing tools. Over time, you can retire paper checklists and spreadsheets as your teams grow confident in the new workflows, or keep Rampart Ops for a few vital functions while also maintaining other tools.
How is our data handled and secured?
Operations data is encrypted in transit and stored on modern cloud infrastructure. Role-based access controls help ensure that only authorized personnel can view or change sensitive information. Your agency retains ownership of its data, and exports are available if you need to move or archive it.
What happens to our pricing after beta?
Beta agencies receive significantly discounted pricing (a discount of roughly 75% discount) and keep their beta rate for at least 12 months after go-live. As Rampart Ops leaves beta, you will receive clear advance notice of any pricing changes and the option to adjust modules or terms before renewing.
